hi all! back in unova on my unovan league challenge, finally. so out of pure curiosity, nothing else, i’m wondering if any of you have any ideas as to where one might obtain a snag ball here in unova? or maybe a straight up master ball? legally or perhaps.. dubiously legal?

i know that sounds bad, and really vague, i just.. need to get a pokémon out of a bad situation. that’s all i’ll say on it for now.

my pelipper mail is open in case anyone happens to have either ball or even something similar i can borrow. i can pay for it & return it as well if needed

I found out the name of the place: Martin's Metallic Menagerie. I'm fuming because I know the history. The real history behind this. Seems Yves lied to his family about how he got his pokemon and where he learned how to make Vanitian Silk.

The quality of it is lower than I remember but it has been 1600 years and this isn't armor. It doesn't need to be that high grade of metal (copper in this case).

I hate that I can't yell at this kid. He's completely innocent. I took a business card and bought a skein of copper silk. I'll likely go out there once I've calmed down enough to not make any rash decisions.

Kid if you end up seeing this somehow: I'm not mad at you, your ancestor did something really awful that got people hurt really bad. I'm furious at him, not you or your dad. You guys did nothing wrong.

Ok seriously, I’ve got no idea what to do with Peepy.

I’ve got him checked out at the vet twice now and he’s healthy!!!! Nothing physically wrong!!!!! And vet appointments are fucking expensive, man!!

But he keeps crying at night. In his Pokéball, out of his Pokéball, being comforted by me or my Pokémon, after getting fed, with a Poké Doll… I don’t even know what it is, but it’s gotten worse lately!!!

I keep getting them even though I have never signed up for this place in my life, and I am incredibly busy trying to finish up incident paperwork with the Ranger Union after what happened yesterday. We can even let your Ice-types in the freezer if they start melting a little! So please! Stop sending yourselves to Nurse Miriam with heatstroke!!!!!! It is quite literally the opposite of cool!!!!!

Ahem. That aside. As you are all quite aware, we have had quite the busy past couple of weeks! Maushold on the loose, multiple people jumping into the crater for no discernable reason, several gigantic Wailord destroying the foyer... the appearance of a mysterious ghost that I, Clive, have no idea whatsoever about...

SO! We have come to the conclusion that this summer heat is driving everyone absolutely Lechonk-wild. Which leaves us with a big 'ol question. What to do about that? Now, consider, if you will. Paldea is quite the aquatically-blessed region. Perhaps not as much as Hoenn, but we are positively surrounded by sea! Do you all sea where I am going? Do you sea the vision? Because I am quite shore we have a good idea!

As such. I have one question for all of you students. It would be one day off, it would be fully provided transportation, and it would be slightly to the south of Levincia, if you all would like to "hit the town" as it were. We can determine a date later, but consider this Clavell's formal "my bad"...

That is all for now! In other news, we have fully constructed the base for the Library Lift despite the setbacks, and anticipate to be finished just in time for the month's end! ...If anybody messes this up again I will cry. Have a lovely day!

Okay, so, as I’ve mentioned, I do a bit of local activism in the form of bugging the city council to put more benches in. But the thing is-- I got a major win today. The department of recreation and beautification wants me to pick out locations for them on the surrounding routes! 

Apparently I’m ‘uniquely qualified’ because my disability means I need to sit down and take breaks more, and they said they want my perspective on this! I’ve been getting some help from my partners, taking pictures and marking coordinates, putting together a proposal and asking for help with the academic sort of writing to make it sound professional.... 

I spent today scouting locations based on visibility, distance from previous benches, and protection from the elements. I’ve still got a few kinks left to work out in the entire thing, but I’m really proud of myself!!

It’s exhausting, but I honestly love that I can make a difference this way! I can make life easier for everyone, just a little bit, by providing them with a place to stay. Disabled folks, tired trainers, homeless people needing a place, really anyone who goes out walking.

Calling all current or former Contest Circuit trainers from Hoenn!

I’m currently on the hunt for someone in Ever Grande who makes metal silk. It’s unknown as to whether or not they’re calling it Vanitian Silk but its shine is very distinctive and it’s usually magnetic. They’re using critically endangered Kalosian Pokemon for this which is illegal without a license. If you have any information at all please contact me via ask.
